The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) came to Top Flight Media to help secure a federal grant to promote their Hero Project.
The Hero Project was created to mitigate the trauma and potential sexual abuse of children. Our challenge was to help PCAR develop a plan that would connect with a broad socio-economic group across Pennsylvania – on a limited budget.
With that in mind, Top Flight Media set forth on developing a cost-effective marketing plan to run on the Radio PA Network and PBS radio stations as well as highly targeted cable television. To ensure we reached as much of our target audience as possible, and because Radio PA is a subsidiary of Top Flight Media, we were able to provide an incredible bonus structure that added substantial value to the overall radio campaign. Over three months, the campaign provided more than 18 million impressions, with 5,000-plus public awareness announcements on radio and TV.
To earn even more free media, we also incorporated a comprehensive public relations campaign to the effort.
