Mobile advertising is just in the beginning stages, even after years of availability across smart phones. From Google to Apple there are platforms based entirely around mobile-only advertising and ads have experienced a dramatic increase over the years. Including all of the current ads being placed there is still projected room for growth in mobile. In 2011, mobile topped $1.2 billion and the expectation is that growth will continue.
